What we do

Services

From a first prototype to software that runs every day of your business: design, development, infrastructure and support from one team.

Custom web applications

We replace spreadsheets, email chains and stitched-together tools with one web application your team and customers can rely on. Fast, accessible, and built on a stack your future developers will recognise.

What you get

  • Customer portals and dashboards
  • Internal tools and admin panels
  • Integrations with your CRM, ERP or payment provider
  • Role-based access and audit trails

Mobile apps

We build cross-platform apps with React Native and Flutter, and go native when a feature calls for it. We handle store listings, review guidelines and release management so launch day is uneventful.

What you get

  • iOS and Android from one codebase
  • Offline-first data and sync
  • Push notifications and in-app purchases
  • App Store and Google Play submission

SaaS product development

We help founders and product teams take a SaaS idea from a clickable prototype to a billing-ready product: multi-tenant architecture, subscriptions, onboarding and the admin tools you need to support customers.

What you get

  • MVP scoping and roadmap
  • Multi-tenant architecture
  • Subscription billing and plans
  • Usage analytics and admin tooling

Start with a discovery call

A 30-minute conversation about your goals and users, then a written scope and a quote. No obligation.

UI/UX design

We talk to your users, map their tasks and test designs before a line of code is written. You get a design system your developers can build from, not a folder of static mockups.

What you get

  • User interviews and journey mapping
  • Wireframes and clickable prototypes
  • Design systems in Figma
  • Usability testing

Cloud and DevOps

We set up cloud infrastructure on AWS, Google Cloud or DigitalOcean as code, with automated tests, deployments and monitoring, so releasing a change is routine instead of risky.

What you get

  • Infrastructure as code
  • CI/CD pipelines
  • Monitoring, logging and alerts
  • Cost reviews and right-sizing

Maintenance and support

Software needs care after it ships. We monitor, patch dependencies, fix bugs and ship small improvements every month, with a clear response time when something goes wrong.

What you get

  • Security updates and dependency upgrades
  • Bug fixes with agreed response times
  • Performance tuning
  • Monthly improvement releases

Engagement models

Ways to work together

Every project is different, so we quote after a short discovery call instead of publishing a price list.

  • Fixed-scope project

A clearly defined release with a fixed price and timeline, agreed after discovery.

    • Written scope and milestones
    • Fixed quote before we start
    • Best for MVPs and well-defined builds
  • Dedicated team

A cross-functional team that works as an extension of yours, month to month.

    • Developers, designer and QA
    • Your backlog, your priorities
    • Best for ongoing product development
  • Support retainer

A monthly block of hours for maintenance, updates and small improvements.

    • Agreed response times
    • Monthly report of work done
    • Best for software already in production

FAQ

Questions we hear often

How much does a project cost?

It depends on scope. After a free discovery call we send a written estimate. For fixed-scope projects that estimate becomes a fixed price before any work starts.

How long does it take to build an MVP?

Most first releases take between eight and sixteen weeks, including two weeks of discovery. We will tell you early if your scope needs longer and suggest what to cut.

Who owns the code?

You do. The source code, designs and infrastructure accounts are yours from day one, in repositories and cloud accounts you control.

Can you take over an existing product?

Yes. We start with a short code and infrastructure audit, fix the riskiest issues first and then continue development or maintenance.

Do you work with clients in other time zones?

Yes. We agree on overlapping hours for calls, share progress in writing every day and demo working software at the end of every sprint.

Have a project in mind?

Tell us what you are building. We reply within one business day with next steps and a time for a call.
