We are a software company of designers, engineers and product people who care about building things that work, and keep working.

Why we exist

Too many businesses end up with software that was delivered late, understood by no one and abandoned after launch. We started appifylab to be the opposite: a partner that explains its decisions, ships in small steps and stays for the long run.

We build products for startups and established companies alike, and we build and run products of our own. That means we know what it takes to keep software alive after launch day: the support tickets, the security updates and the feature requests that never stop.

How we work

Four steps, every project

  1. Discover. Two weeks of workshops and user interviews. You leave with a written scope, a clickable prototype and a fixed estimate for the first release.
  2. Design. We design the flows that matter most first, test them with real users and turn them into a design system the developers build from.
  3. Build. Two-week sprints with a working demo at the end of each. You see progress in a staging environment, not in a status report.
  4. Launch and grow. We ship, watch the numbers, fix what real use reveals, and keep improving the product with you month by month.
